To encourage Miss O to eat her lunch and not get distracted, we made up a new song.

Eat Your Food
(Sung to the tune of Row, Row, Row Your Boat)

Dip, dip, dip your fish
Into the Ketchup
Then we'll take a big ole' bite
And chew it right on up!

It must have worked since she ate more than I did.
