Week 9 Brings CRAVINGS

Baby No Name is now a green olive or grape. Parents.com says that Grape is now "an inch in length, about a big as your pinky toe." Clearly these people have never seen my stubby little pinky toe, which can't be more then half of an inch. And yes, I am looking for a ruler to tell you the exact length of my baby toe, but sadly there are none in my cube.

Grape is officially a boy or a girl this week, most people are leaning towards boy. I figure there ate two options here (duh). Either I will do what everyone thinks and have a boy. Or I will go my own way and go against what everyone thinks and have a girl. Or for the secret third option I will admit that it has nothing to do with me. Grape will be whatever he/she is meant to be. Everything else seems to be fine tuning, like developing the 4 chambers of the heart. Or prepping for the next development, like getting dimples where the knees will be.

As far as cravings go, I've mostly let go of the doughnuts and french fries, but I would happily eat either, especially if the fries are covered in cheese. I am for the most part trying to substitute healthier options for my desires. However lately, the pretzel sticks and granola bars just aren't cutting it, I would rather have cheese puffs. I stock my lunch bag pretty full so I can make sure I don't starve poor little grape, but I usually don't even eat half. My lunch typically contains the following items: Lean Cuisine pizza or panini, pretzel sticks, banana, apple, fruit snacks, fruit roll-up, dried fruit, carrot sticks if I remember them, chewy granola bar and a crunchy granola bar. The banana and apple always get eaten, and the Lean Cuisine always satisfies. But the other items, I sometimes look at them and think that they don't even look remotely good. I'm lucky in the fact that none of them make me want to barf, but I still don't want to eat them. I'm much more into the idea of eating a bowl of pasta, especially if it has a creamy or cheesy sauce. Delish. I'm seeing a trend here... cheese.
